Your Order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the courier website which you will receive by email.
Please note that shipping may take longer if the parcel may be a subject to customs checks. Various countries have different thresholds for the import taxes - we are not responsible for any taxes/charges applied by the customs in your country (We ship goods from Europe). Please note that there are no import taxes within the European Union since we are an EU based company.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
We accept PayPal, Credit and debit Cards, IBAN, BACS payments. You can also pay with your bank card or cash when collecting the goods from one of our stores.
Damaged or Faulty items
Please inspect the goods, delivered by a courier, before signing. In case something is damaged, please do not accept delivery or sign to say damaged, otherwise the carrier will not accept liability for damaged goods.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged or faulty or any item missing/incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 2 days of item arrival by email (email@example.com) or Contact Form, explaining the damages and giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
We are a friendly company and we do understand that sometimes you may need to return the goods to us for various reasons and it is absolutely fine. However, there are some conditions that have to be taken into account when dealing with returns - you can find them below.
Returns shipping charges are covered by the buyer. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible. We strongly advise you to use trackable shipping service.
Any products returned must be brand new / unopened / unused & include the original packaging and documentation.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days from the day we receive the returned item.

All items that we sell carry 24-36 months warranty (commencing on the date of delivery the Goods) - normally you will find detailed warranty information with each product description. However, if the product description does not show any warranty information, please feel free to contact us and we will confirm the warranty details for you.
All warranties exclude product misuse or acts of God i.e. lightning strikes, bulbs, IR LED’s, monitor tubes & CCD sensors damaged by normal wear & tear. Warranty will not be granted for products that have modifications, physical damage, have been used with incorrect power supply or if the customer did not follow manufacturers recommendations.
Description of Goods
We reserve the right to supply goods of substantially the same quality or better than those described. The seller accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy of data or the description of goods supplied in contract tort or otherwise or for any damages or injuries arising directly or indirectly from any errors or omissions.
In some cases goods may arrive in different packaging from the one that is shown in the pictures due to the fact that manufacturers may change the packaging type, color or other properties of the product.
We take security very seriously so you can be sure you are safe when you shop with us.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information unless you ask us not to do so.
We are a VAT registered EU based business. If you are a VAT registered European Union company, you can order goods without the VAT where applicable. This is subject to company and VAT registration checks.
Other Terms & Conditions
All parts are warranted against manufacturing defects. Warranty will not cover labor charges, failure of related components, failure due to incorrect installation or misuse, nor will liability exceed the cost of the original component.
All warranty claims should by accompanied by written statement and warranty card (if applicable).
We reserve a right to cancel an order due to incorrect pricing, shortage of stock or any other reason which prevent us from delivering the ordered goods to a customer.
We are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of the supplied goods by us.
All goods and services remain the property of SECURITYCAM24 until payment has been received in full.
