Warranty
24-36 months warranty minimum.
All products carry a full 24 months warranty as a standard. Hikvision products comes with a 60 months (5 years) warranty. As an UK distributor and retailer we are backed up by our UK distribution partners.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is inspected before it is shipped. In case of any failure or damage done when shipped, please contact us immediately and we will put it right as soon as possible.
As per UK long distance selling regulations unless the goods are faulty/damaged/sent in error, you have 30 days to notify us of a return for a full refund as long as they are as new.
Returns conditions:
- All goods must be returned in an original packing as received.
- Goods can be take out the box and inspected but must be unused.
- Goods that have items missing cannot be tested or refunded and you will be required to send any missing items to before we deal with the return.
- Item must be merchantable (intact label not torn off, the protective films intact and etc.).
- Any items that have been damaged by a customer‘s fault, for example blown by using an incorrect power supply or used incorrectly are not covered under warranty.
- You will not be refunded for your delivery charges should in the event you request a refund for your order.
Complaints
We ensure that we will respond to any complaint within 24-48 hours.
